At our first meeting, share with us your home ideas, collected images, design samples and other special needs. We’ll begin concepting spaces and determining the best flow between them. If you’ve already purchased a lot, we’re glad to walk it with you and discuss the possibilities. If not, we can direct you to several licensed Realtors who can help with your search.
If you’re just initiating plans and have not selected an architect, we’re glad to recommend our award-winning partners. We suggest connecting with you and your architect early in the design phase since collaborative team approach will streamline the project and reduce building costs. However if your plans are already in place we’ll move ahead with your specific budget and construction schedule. When plans, specifications, and budget have your stamp of approval, we’re prepared to break ground!
To ensure consistency and convenience during your build, our Design Coordinator will guide you through the process of selecting your exterior and interior finishes. Our state-of-the-art web-based software allows us to manage your project with efficiency, ease, and open lines of communication. You’ll have constant access to online document sharing, scheduling, design selections, and even allows you to share photos with family and friends so they can track the progress of your beautiful new Lowcountry home.
Our partnership with you doesn’t end once you move into your home. We’re just a phone call away should you have a question, an issue…or the desire to share a toast to celebrate your new home.
