Ron Boshaw has a track record of providing premier home construction that stretches across the Lowcountry. His passion for building extends over 25 years and includes a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University. He has experience in virtually every facet of homebuilding, from design to field management to working as a division president with a Fortune 500 national luxury home builder.

Ron has built his reputation as one of the Lowcountry’s premier builders by listening and delivering. His hands-on approach assures that every aspect of the home building project is handled personally and professionally. His clients have become his friends and his clients’ referrals have built his company.

Ron Boshaw believes in high level experience and knowledge in all areas. This approach to homebuilding is collaborative and Ron has assembled a team of professionals that includes an interior designer, client services manager and project managers. The Boshaw Team also includes skilled suppliers and subcontractors who share Ron’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Ron is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his two daughters, Olivia and Emily, and two dogs, Penny and Midas when he isn’t taking care of business for his “client families.”

We’re excited to introduce the newest member of the Boshaw Residential Team, Construction Manager TJ Pritchard.

TJ’s passion for homebuilding began when he interned for a local builder during his high school years. He found that he enjoyed working outdoors on construction projects more than indoor office duties – no matter what the hours or weather entailed.

His interest in the building industry led him to multiple positions with national builders as well as a branded regional builder. His first stop was Atlanta, where he worked for one of the country’s largest production builders, closing hundreds of homes and expanding his skill set to include purchasing, estimating and contract negotiations.

In his next role as Project Manager, TJ arrived in the Lowcountry and worked five years with a franchise custom home builder. He guided homes from rough blueprints to final design, focusing on selections, permitting, building and closing.

Recently TJ transitioned his Property Manager skill set to the position of Construction Manager at Boshaw Residential because he says he admires Ron’s vision. “Putting quality first is not the easiest way to build, and that is why most builders don’t strive for it, but Ron Boshaw does.”

After years of working with teams who placed schedule over superior craftsmanship, TJ feels at home with Boshaw Residential. When he’s not on the job, he enjoys time with his wife and two children, plus a menagerie of pets. TJ never met a fairway he didn’t like…so yes, you’ll find him teeing up occasionally on one of the many area golf courses.

Thrilled to introduce the newest member of our award-winning team, Project Manager Riggs Anderson. Born and raised on Hilton Head Island, Riggs is a graduate of Hilton Head Preparatory School. He developed an interest in a building career early on so pursued college-level courses in multiple aspects of residential and commercial construction. Over the years he’s worked with several local companies, specializing in carpentry, warranties coordination and more recently, project management. In his previous role, Riggs oversaw residential projects to completion at Berkeley Hall, Hampton Hall, Wexford Plantation and other local private communities. He joined Boshaw Residential with the goal of focusing on quality vs. quantity custom construction so his mission is aligned with our commitment to deliver exceptional client service and impeccable custom detail. When he’s not on the job, Riggs enjoys boating with friends or teeing it up on the local links.

Hailing from Hudson, Massachusetts, Sara Boyles is now a leading Lowcountry interior designer with Kelly Caron Designs, ASID, NCIDQ. She’s best known for her sharp communication skills, sophisticated style and innovative approach. Sara earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Delaware and studied Interior Design also at the Art Institute of Tampa & Savannah College of Art & Design. Her ongoing ability to implement projects creatively and efficiently from start to finish means essential deadlines, budgets and visions surpass every client’s expectation.

Sara finds inspiration in the unmistakable characteristics of Lowcountry life. With three children and a genuine love for the May River, Hilton Head Island beaches and coastal lifestyle, her design passion continues to enhance the total client experience at Boshaw Residential.

Mary Ellen Laster is a true veteran of client care and customer service. Her roots are in New York City and later Boston, where she was employed by AT&T for 27 years in numerous capacities from computer programmer to regional sales VP staff to product specialist and project service manager. Eventually she took on the role of customer care coordinator.

When Mary Ellen and family decided it was time for a change, they moved to Bluffton 11 years ago and never once looked back. Mary Ellen worked as consultant for numerous telecommunication projects. Now with Boshaw Residential as Client Care Coordinator, she manages warranty issues that arise once clients move into their homes. In addition, Mary Ellen handles all invoices, processes payroll and permits, acts as office administrator and is glad to assist Ron and team in any way.

Mary Ellen and husband, Joe, have a beautiful daughter who just graduated from Clemson. She is their pride and joy. Mary Ellen enjoys every minute with her! She also enjoys cooking, country music and concerts, walking with friends or her sweet puppy Sunny, plus the beach, and dining out.
